Over the past two decades, we have distributed thousands of Christmas gifts to children and young people across Kingston upon Thames, more than 3,000 in 2024 alone. It has been a joy to witness the generosity of our community and to know that we’ve helped so many children and young people wake up to a gift on Christmas morning.
For Christmas 2025, we’re excited to launch JingleShElfs, where your donations help families choose their own brand-new gifts for their children, family and friends. Our vision is to create a space where your gift brings someone else the joy of giving too.
Parents and carers will be invited to attend during an allotted time slot on the 12th, 13th, or 14th of December 2025. For a donation of just £5, they’ll be able to select a range of new gifts worth much more.
Your help will ensure that families can give with dignity, joy and choice this Christmas. Together, we’ll make sure every gift brings joy, not just to the receiver but to the giver too.
How can I help?
- Host a coffee morning and ask your friends to bring a gift.
- Pick up a gift for us the next time you’re at the shops.
- Donating a few hours of your time to our JingleShelfs shop.
Gift Ideas
Gifts for men and women, gifts for teenagers, gifts for children and babies, tinned chocolates, socks, scarves and hats, arts and crafts gifts, boardgames, Christmas decorations (no alcohol or tobacco products please).
All gifts must be donated by 5th December 2025
